M4 machine tools use cameras to detection the grinding cutter.It can on line inspect the length, angle and arbitrary arc radius (R0.05-R2.5) of the cutter.

M4 machine tool is an on-line detection equipment with HD multiplier camera as the projector. Projection has high optical amplification clarity, distortionless, and the detection accuracy and resolution can reach 0.001 mm. The structure is high lightweight, and the grinding stability is good.

It can grind PCD, PCBN and other super hard material blades,and can also customize non-standard R angle scale.
