TX-Q5

With accurate positioning and high-speed recombination can be used to grind the saw blades of cemented carbide and white steel. It can automatically remove the tooth, stepless speed regulation, and fast and accurate.

Q5 is a patented saw blade gear grinding machine. The motor can rotate up and down to grind the front and rear angle of the saw blade (also known as the burr- free saw blade grinding machine).

Q1 2 includes the function of Q5. It is equipped with the grinding range of  ∅60 - ∅270 as standard. It is mainly for the thin saw blade with dense teeth (customized below ∅60).
